How to remove a sticker from an item

For those of you wondering how to remove a large sticker from this item it's not that difficult. I made it in half an hour using materials I found around the house. The first thing you need to do is remove the waterproof vinyl membrane from the top. Start by picking a corner and digging with your fingernail. It's in there with an airtight seal, so you'll need to use some elbow grease. Most likely, it will break into small pieces, but don't be discouraged. If you break your nail, DO NOT get frustrated and start using metal utensils - this CAN leave permanent marks on the pot. You have 10 fingernails; You'll be able to get through without destroying them all. Once the membrane is off, submerge the pot, sticker side down, in simmering hot, soapy water. Leave it like that for at least 10 minutes. After this time you can work on the sticker with a dish sponge (without scratches, of course). This is perhaps the most labor intensive part of the job. The decal will start to degrade over time and little islands of paper and aviation glue will fall into your sink - don't let them escape! Once most of the decal has worn away, you can begin using an industrial adhesive remover to remove any last chemical adhesive on your cookware. I always have some on hand, but if not, head to your local hardware store. Finally, after you are done with all this, you should wash the pot very well. Seriously, it's 2021, why are we still putting stickers on food gadgets that the Mighty Hulk couldn't tear off. his anger. I'll update this review after cooking something in the pot but it's already caused me a lot of frustration. Choose another cheap pot if you want to avoid this situation.
