Looks good to me.: tools and gear

It looks like a pretty good quality tool that fits snugly in the OEM Ducati oil filters as it should. It looks like two flat washers welded together to form a 3/8 inch square drive. Hope they last for years. Minus one star for not bulletproof build quality but looks ok. For those who have trouble removing too much - thick oil filter : Drill three holes in the bottom of this wrench in a perfect triangle shape. Then you can thread three self-tapping screws into the oil filter from below to give it extra support while you remove it. If that doesn't work, whoever installed the oil filter last one was a clumsy gorilla.
