This is my second Bosch coffee machine. Even when I worked in the office, I tried coffee from different brands of machines, Bosch had the most delicious. I bought this car in 2022, other models were not sold then. Since 2022, she has been brewing an average of 3 cups a day. At first, the coffee was delicious, I got high. About a year later, I encountered the first breakdown - the hook on the door broke off, the car stopped closing and working. There was no longer a guarantee, I climbed inside to see what was happening. Then I glued the hook, once again re-glued it, while holding on. During the time that I have this car, I twice completely disassembled and reassembled it. I plunged into her device at maximum speed. What do I have to say: - the car is almost all plastic and on clips. The brewing unit is also clip-on and plastic, and this is a weak point. It has a lot of turning mechanisms, the plastic wears out stupidly. Masters recommend disassembling and lubricating (very hemorrhoids), but this does not greatly extend the service life. - the block wears out and jams (hence all sorts of "pouring water into itself", etc.), gives errors, etc. - her cleaning program cleans her really badly due to design features. - after about 2 years of use, the milk knife wears out, it grinds much worse, the coffee turns out sour and without foam. They say that I am very lucky that the car has been working for me for so many years. Therefore, there are no complaints specifically for me. Now the wear is already such that it works, sticks, but even when the norm works, the coffee is not tasty (sour, not strong, without foam). I won't buy another Bosch car. Because previous models fell into my price-performance ratio. This one is not. I want delicious coffee for several years, and not 1 year at this price.
