I have replaced six rusty ones that only had large washers on the underside. Rings received as promised. They required a slightly larger hole in my trailer floor than the original ones, so I used a wood rasp to make the hole a little bigger. It's not the D-ring's fault, which only added a few minutes to the install. The lining is excellent. Very, very strong. There are several existing bolts in the bottom of my trailer that I had to crawl under and put on a sign where they are. Then I drilled a hole in the plate to fit it. Some adjustments, but worth the effort if you want peace of mind when hauling your favorite £800 bike up into the mountains. The blocks accept carriage bolts. You need to buy them at a hardware store with the length required for your floor. Can only recommend these D-rings. Well made and heavy. Excellent goods.
