Review on 💿 High-Performance SEA TECH Aluminum External USB Blu-Ray Writer Super Drive for Apple MacBook Air, Pro, iMac by Jeff Davidson

This is the first Blu-ray drive I've bought and it has turned out to be really great. I use it with an iMac running High Sierra and a MacBook Pro running Catalina - no problems with either. I made several backups and only one of them failed (required lower write speed). The disc is easily recognized. from macOS and worked great with Finder and other burning software I've tried. Please note that you need to purchase related software to watch Blu-ray movies. The disc does not contain this. However, I have used free software to make digital copies of some of my films and it has worked surprisingly well. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I bought the disc primarily to back up the data I need on the disc and also to digitally rip movies I own. If you are a Mac user looking for a quality and affordable drive, this is for you.
