The ease of use is great for our team! It's easy to update reviews, respond to questions, etc. We love being able to schedule inbound calls directly through the app as well! I wish there were more options available for customizing the outbound call scripts. For example - we'd like to be able to add some content after the initial "Thank you!" before it connects us with another customer. Have been very happy so far though! We've started using this product at my current job to assist with managing both sales inquiries and follow-up phone conversations via a virtual assistant. This saves time because no one has to pick up the phone anymore (which can take away from productive working hours). Plus, having a virtual assistant who gets all of the information she needs right off of me makes sure there are no miscommunications between myself and potential customers/clients.
