Great Value. I had a custom height door opening in our block basement, I debated building my own, but would have either been to heavy for most hardware or to costly/time consuming. These went together fairly easily, given we modified the height. Will take some nudging/pulling/hammering with blocks to get everything square and some joints to mate perfectly, i.e. if your a perfectionist expect to do some sanding. But great value if somehting off shelf at home improvement store won't work or can't haul. You can see in pic I cut off about 7.5" from bottom, still need to fit in that bottom diagonal piece to fit in new space and mount. Will update if I come across any mounting issues - I bought Tap-Cons for block wall, don't trrust the anchors provided.
