I really like this aerator. I like to use it with both a full bottle and a glass to carbonate our wine. It is compact and very easy to use: just pull it out of the small base, place it on a wine glass or bottle and pour. In fact, the wine is aerated three times as it enters the glass or bottle through the various channels, giving the wine enough air to breathe. Not only is it well ventilated, but also very easy to clean and store away. I rinse it out right after use and put it on a paper towel and then tape it back to the base. It looks like a wine glass and stands on a solid base so I'm keeping it with our glasses. It was well packaged and could be stored in the box or just put on the shelf. This is a great item for those who love wine and also makes a great gift. The only thing I didn't care about and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that I don't want to hold the aerator when pouring like in the picture. I prefer to place it in a glass or bottle and its size means that with larger glasses you have to hold it to pour the wine into the glass. With small glasses (0 or bottle) it fits well and is very stable. not a big deal at all and that was my only downside. Generally a great thing.
