After years of working with pliers, a vice and a few bloody blisters. Who needs these newfangled tools anyway? I gave up and finally bought one. These guys were one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. The hex is useless. Use an Allen key and ratchet and hold the tool with an open-end wrench or adjustable wrench. Makes the job much easier and faster. I read a review that said the tool wasn't heavy enough, well that's bullshit. With proper use, this tool will last for many years.
