Easy Integration and Awesome Product Features

The ease with which it integrates into existing CRM systems is fantastic! It helps us save tons o paper by being able to scan in invoices from our providers (cable/sat etc) via an API straight up or CSV file uploads - so we really don't need paper at this point anymore!! We used other vendors but they never seemed willing ot integrate well within my customer relationship management system nor did their solution match ours 100%. That makes no sense because I know that many folks would buy those products over any competitor simply due them having more support behind theirs product line. I like that it is easy to use with many features including mobile app integration! We have been using this product since 2008 but only recently started adding more users into their system so we could get rid off our paper billings as well!! It has helped us keep track from month-to -month what each customer paid in service fees which helps me know who needs additional support when paying monthly invoices or payments/bills via electronic transfer instead of mail (which isn't always safe).
