I like the fact that it's an all in one platform. It helps with tracking responses from customers and internal employees. The only thing I don't like about this system is that you have to pay for extra modules if you want more functionality. This is a great tool to use, but I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for something simpler take advantage of free trial. We're using this to track our customer service performance, which has helped us reduce overall response time (time between when someone makes a request and when we get back to them).
