We are not satisfied at all. We've made iced tea, partially filling the loose leaves and freezing before using. It was only 2/3 full, if at all. I put it in room temperature/cold brew tea and heard a loud crackle but thought it was cracking ice. I was going to throw it away and there were several tears in the liner and the water washed out into tea completely. There is no point in using the past tense for the first time. The iced tea has never been warm - and certainly shouldn't have cracked the loose leaf. Don't buy this to paste - useless!
