I like that you can use it for multiple practices, which makes patient management much easier! It's easy to get started with; however sometimes if your computer freezes or closes unexpectedly (it happens frequently), there are no options at all if this occurs during an appointment - so be prepared in case something goes wrong!! If using as practice manager/manager-of-records then having access via mobile device would really help reduce any delays due to lost records etc when working away from desktop computers.- Patient appointments have been improved by being able to store images of patients directly into their notes instead of taking them out again later after consultation has finished & writing down what was discussed verbally before they left clinic e.g xrays done today were added automatically without needing me make another note about radiographs taken yesterday / next day';-).
