It's ease of use was my favorite thing about this program, I really dislike typing in information at times like other programs do as well but with vision it took less than two days to learn how things work from start till end which makes me very happy for that alone! I like that you can use it for multiple practices, which makes patient management much easier! It's easy to get started with; however sometimes if your computer freezes or closes unexpectedly (it happens frequently), there are no options at all if this occurs during an appointment - so be prepared in case something goes wrong!!
