Wish the Rumble was between the oversize (31โณ) and the full size (12โณ). I mainly use it as a spot roller for my upper arm and upper arm. I have a lot of nerve pain as well as sore muscles from injuries and that helps a lot. I lay on top of him and slowly squeeze my deltoids against him and slowly roll from side to side. Bumps work great on pressure points. I do not recommend driving it too fast, it can hurt your back and crush it. It helps relieve pain and irritation between physical therapy and massage sessions. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend it. It's very relaxing!
