Dishwasher safe! - my new review
I love being able to toss these into the dishwasher. They are substantial, sharp, and I expect that they will last a long time. My only complaint- and it's not a big one- is that they seem to be fading a bit after about 25 washes in the dishwasher. I don't know if they would do the same thing if they were hand washed. Not a big deal though, I would buy them again.

- These are great steak knives. They are well balanced, comfortable in the hand and super sharp.
- High-carbon steel requires more maintenance to prevent rusting
