Riccar RSL vacuum cleaners are not suitable for people with long hair.

This replacement roller was only used once. It worked fine for about 15 minutes then hair got caught between the end plastic and the roller bearing. As a result, the bearing is jammed and the roller bar is scrap. As stated in a four year old review. This is not the seller's fault - this is an unfortunate Riccar design. I was hoping Ricard had already revised it.
