Review on 🧭 Bushnell BackTrack GPS Personal Locator by Douglas Hall

I had high hopes for this product and really wish it would work better than it did. trying to make it work. The compass function seemed to drift erratically, and while the distance traveled from my home point seemed accurate enough, when it came time to return, the directional arrow simply floated, shifted, and often pointed in the entirely wrong direction. I read some negative reviews but there were also positive ones so I decided to take a risk. Guilty. After playing with it for a few days to make sure it wasn't user error, I'm sending it back to Revain for a refund. By the way, I recently met another owner and asked his opinion about this product. He said it sucked and he wanted to return it but didn't bother and now can't find the receipt and is now stuck with it. Anyway, I think it's a return to the good old compass for me. It always works.
