After purchasing two alternators for my two F-150 trucks and one alternator for my backhoe, all of which fit perfectly and worked perfectly, I finally had a problem with the starter solenoid I had for his kid Ford bought Taurus. DB Electrical sent me a new replacement starter and didn't even ask for a replacement for the failed starter. They just asked me to keep the broken starter for a future return, if the new starter has any issues both can be returned. I installed a new starter and it works great. It has been a pleasure working with DB Electrical.
