Having a Bad Experience with the VITOLER Website

I was happy to discover VITOLER because I usually shop online for stationery and textbooks. I was impressed by the website's selection and the low costs, so I quickly placed an order for certain necessities. When my order finally arrived, though, my enthusiasm rapidly morphed into dissatisfaction. The first problem was the sloppy way it was packaged; everything was just put into a thin cardboard box. Some of the objects were no longer contained in their original packaging and were instead free to move about. I opened the package and quickly realized that various things were either broken or missing. The ink from one of the pens I ordered had leaked all over the other stuff in the package. A set of highlighters was also missing in their entirety. I contacted VITOLER's support team right away in the hopes of getting this sorted properly. Unfortunately, they were slow to respond and offered little assistance. When I did hear back from them, it was to offer me a discount on a future order rather than fix the problems with my current one. Overall, working with VITOLER was a huge letdown for me. Because of the carelessness with which my order was packaged, several goods were broken during transit, and I received unsatisfactory responses to my inquiries from the company's customer service representatives.
