Lagostina Martellita Triple Hammered Copper Set

I bought this dinnerware set without seeing my eyes. To be honest this is a good set, beautiful but not as functional as I expected. For my first purchase I used a copper cleaner on the outside and rinsed them with hot soapy water to do the initial cleaning. As the set consists of several pieces, the pans are a bit tiny and, with the exception of the pot and the largest pan, are suitable for cooking food for four portions. I think it's great that the lids can be swapped between the pots. Cleanup is easy with the old-fashioned way of washing dishes. Without soft water in the house, I air dry them for a few minutes and then dry them off with a kitchen towel, otherwise I get lime stains on pots, especially lids. The sides of the pans are too straight and it is difficult to remove food from them. I would prefer the sides of the pan to be more sloped than perpendicular. Bottom line: do your research and choose what works best for you. Pots, pans and kitchen utensils are all subjective to the user. The cooking pot, insert and lid are my favorite pieces in the set.

Pros
