Not for US customers and without attachment points.

This kit comes with a low profile 5 pin harness connector. I'm not sure which country this is for, but it's not the US. Are the lamp housings made of very thin plastic and don't have space to install them? The license plate bracket is plastic and I highly doubt it will support the weight of the license plate.
