It has worked great so far and I prefer 110 strokes.

I built a new house and installed all the network/phone/TV wiring myself. I wanted something decent to hook up my phone lines and I stumbled upon it. My phone company set up an NID that filters out DSL/phone connections to two separate pairs going into my house. I connected these pairs to this hub and ran filtered phone lines throughout the house, then plugged in a dedicated DSL phone jack from another pair also connected to this hub. It has worked great so far and I prefer 110 beats over Block 66.
