I threw them on my 1/8 inch pneumatic mini sander. You're definitely not ready to handle 20,000 with a mild to moderate "imbalance". If I run a pencil sander at a slower speed and then apply a deburring finish to what I'm sanding, I can speed it up without wobble and then slow it back down before removing it from the work surfaces. It's a bit of a hassle to work with, but I was able to get them to work the way I wanted without damaging anything. The end result was good, if not perfect. For the price I don't regret it
