I like that they have many different options when creating my forms! You can customize your own fields as well which makes things easier for our customers who are not tech savvy at all!! Sometimes there's an issue if something goes wrong within their system but customer service from help desk helps me solve most problems quickly so no worries here. Great software overall though we do need more time management features than what this program offers us currently (which isn't much). It does take some getting used too since everything has changed over last few years especially concerning folders/tickets etc., but once familiarized its easy enough now :) We're able to track new requests received by staff members vs closed ones very easily through using Folders Helps Desk along wamp services and WAMP Pro subscription products - great combination! And also being notified via email whenever someone changes status regarding any request made previously allows fast response times without having multiple people waiting around looking up info manually instead of working.

  • Customer support is really awesome & helpful; always willing yo work with you even after hours or weekends in orderto resolve issues.
  • Flexibility available upon choosing custom colors / layout designs per user preference
