The number is not numbered and the paint came off in my hand
When I was unrolling the paints to put on plastic embroidery bobbins, I had to wash my hands because the paint came off in my hand. I've had a few strands where you can see the color doesn't really cover the entire strand. Then none of the strands are numbered to save for cross stitch. So I wouldn't trust this product to actually make baby blankets that I cross stitch. Especially since babies put everything in their mouths.
