You really need to know the electronic circuits of vehicles to install this device or similar. After figuring out the wiring, I found that the tailgate handle mechanism fell down to jam the autoloc bolt. I'll try installing the spring in the handle, if that doesn't work I'll remove it and replace it with a manual lock. Do yourself a favor and start with a manual override.
