Use a little cooking spray and you'll LOVE these

I bought these a few months ago because I wanted to make egg muffins at home. It's perfect. If you read negative reviews stating they don't work, liability etc. IGNORE THEM. They work great. All you have to do is: 1. Place them in a pan over medium-high heat and allow them to heat along with the pan (why people put eggs in a cold pan and then complain that they get stuck is me incomprehensible; folks, pre-heat the eggs).2. Spray them with a touch of cooking spray. You can also just oil the rings if you don't have a spray.3. Crack the egg into a small bowl, then pour it into the ring, pressing down on the ring slightly so the egg doesn't spill underneath. Tip: The bowl will help you control the pouring so you don't break the egg on the ring and try to get in there while you're dealing with the shell. or the base will be ready while the top is still runny, after a few minutes when the top is set, peel off the ring (it will slip right off!), turn the egg and finish cooking. You will have perfectly round eggs. for a breakfast sandwich.Easy.Tip: if you use large or small eggs you'll end up with a thin circle of eggs, if you choose a very large egg you'll get close to what you're used to from an Egg McMuffin. If you follow this method, they're easy to clean too! Hooray!
