Know EXACTLY your VESA mounting points, but it's strong enough.
Not bad, but be sure to measure the VESA mounting points accurately, the 42-inch Fujitsu Plasmavision TV I intended it for, despite its nominal dimensions and Weight capacity, this didn't fit literally to a millimeter or two; I ended up buying a cheap flat mount and basically screwed it to this one that works well enough.
