Review on πŸ“¦ Box of 100 Self-Drilling Drywall Anchors by Jamie Behm

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Much better than plastic

I'm a furniture maker and was very happy when I ran out of plastic anchors to order. The plastic pieces broke if you didn't drill the perfect pilot hole, and they were never flush with the drywall, so I had to use a shovel to countersink the head about 1/16th of an inch. Now I have good metal. - I like to drill a 3/16 closet into the wall and these puppies fit right in. (and no, don't just use drywall anchors for the closet, but they come in handy if you only have one stud on a small closet or need to suck the edge of the closet to the wall with the post marked.)

Pros
  • Solid self-drilling anchor
Cons
  • Slightly torn
