I like how it allows me to customize my own templates, which has helped us create our monthly invoices more quickly than we used with other programs. The program lacks some features - such as allowing multiple email addresses per account -- but those aren't deal breakers by any means! We've been able to use this for about 2 years now without issue or complaints from customers of ours. It's really helpful having an outsource option available when you are running short staff resources due to COVID restrictions. Our team also benefits because their work gets done faster thanks to automated billing & collections management. They can spend less time in front of computers (and therefore possibly get sick) while still taking care of customer accounts at peak times during the day. This saves them precious days off since everyone knows who does what anyways so there isn’t much learning curve involved. Just set up your templates.
