It provides me with all my need for analytics in one place! The UI is very intuitive which has made using this platform quick & easy even when you are new at working within its systems or software. Sometimes there can be long wait times before getting an answer from support as well if they do not have someone available immediately - however most problems get resolved quickly once identified by their team members through research. There isn't much that i dislike about gold fire other than perhaps how some fields may look like text boxes instead of drop down menus (such options could possibly make more sense). Some features such as creating multiple dashboards would likely take longer/cost slightly more money outside of GFI so we decided against trying those out initially because our needs were met better already without them being able to use these additional services. We love having access to everything via one location and also benefits greatly from knowing what questions / issues will arise next time something goes wrong rather then just guessing after looking up.
