The display is only readable when the backlight is on and the backlight only turns on when a key is pressed and then turns off again very quickly. It always starts in Celsius mode, no matter what was last set. The device is very light and the cable that goes to the sensor is a bit tight, causing the device to fall off the stand or fall off entirely when you move the sensor. The fold-out stand meant to keep it upright is a joke; at best, the device is carefully balanced in an upright position. Only one-letter abbreviations are used to denote buttons. What does "M/M", "T/T" or "S/S" mean? I do not know? Then keep the instructions to hand! Update: The seller (Veneris-us) keeps spamming me with emails for leaving an honest negative review on their crappy product. They sent me 5 emails and they all asked me to change my rating to 5 stars. ESCAPE FROM THIS HORRIBLE SELLER LIST!
