Installed on my bike and the installation was confusing. Ring clip (hard to keep from slipping off) / mounting bracket (threaded holes surrounded by a thin aluminum plate that failed) / bracket (focused more on design than functionality). Install this assembly on the front of the handlebar for easy access. The ring clamp attachment continued to slip. The 3rd ride with the holder failed and the holder fell off. Part of the screw plate (thinned part inside the bracket) has come off the mounting screw. I threw away the bracket (useless) and screwed the bracket directly into the clamp, albeit with a better screw from another bracket. I mentioned that the screws came loose fairly easily too. Complete garbage. Hopefully the holder will stay in place for a few more rides until I find a better water bottle holder.
