Difficult, almost impossible to manipulate in hand
I have purchased similar items and found them to be easy to mix and match. Baking time has never been a problem. clock in the oven. Not for me. Tried a few blocks to see if I was using an older set first but to no avail. All samples were difficult to hand cure, difficult to roll and tear, and took too long to dry. I will reconsider the next purchase and get to know the brand better.
