Review on NovoBilling by Joseph Katipally

I like how easy it was to navigate through all of our billing processes from start-to finish with this program! It has made everything so much easier in regards as patient care/bills etc.. There are some things we would have liked but nothing major just little tweaks here or there which makes me feel better about using their services over other companies out there who may not be able fix those issues if they arise!! The customer service team at novobillingsolutions were fantastic when working together solving any questions / problems i had along my path towards becoming an EMR system user.
