A great experience for anyone looking into going live w HCL

I like how easy it was to navigate through all of our billing processes from start-to finish with this program! It has made everything so much easier in regards as patient care/bills etc.. There are some things we would have liked but nothing major just little tweaks here or there which makes me feel better about using their services over other companies out there who may not be able fix those issues if they arise!! The customer service team at novobillingsolutions were fantastic when working…

  • Easy for patients (staff members, doctors) both new users & seasoned staff alike; Very fast turnaround time upon receipt into software very good flow experience throughout
