I broke it! The outlet is not to blame.

I only bought this coupler to cut it to the shape I need to remove old valves from old low pressure tanks. I saw it on YouTube and it worked fine there. However, that outlet wasn't designed for that, and the failure wasn't the outlet at all. So I can't give an unbiased review here, just some advice for others who are keen on carving out the socket and using it for some other application. Expect it to happen.
