Hi everyone. I am going to write about HP.
The company was founded on January 1,
1939 by 2 fellow students - William Hewlett and David Packard as a manufacturer of measuring equipment and measuring instruments.
Hewlett-Packard Company (shortly HP) is a very large international company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, in the USA.
It is a manufacturer of computing, printing systems and digital imaging equipment.
It is also a software and services provider.
The company has provided a wide range of software and information technology services as well as a wide range of technology products for consumers,
small and large businesses, including customers in the government, healthcare and education sectors worldwide.
My cousin said :
Considering the recycling campaign at HP, I bought a new laptop.
I applied with the reference number ITR01245 ***. 480,00 TL had to be refunded to me.
It was stated that the payment will be made within 25 days by e-mail by HP on 10.03.2021.
Although the specified time has elapsed, no payment has been made.
I have spoken to customer service several times but have not come to a conclusion. I don't want to call customer service anymore.
In general I do not like the HP brand. So this is my opinion.Thanks for reading )
