The customer service was great, they were willing to work with me to get the right solution. They are very thorough in their work and always keep you updated on what's going on. It does take some time to set up but once it's done it is very easy to use. They also offer an app which works well as a guest check-in/out system. We do not like that we have to use the website to enter our info, if there is an app available we would prefer using that instead. This is helpful during peak hours when the front desk staff is overwhelmed. We are able to see who is checking in or out and we can track guests' movements throughout the day.
