I like that it can be customized to your needs, so you aren't stuck with what they offer out-of-the-box. It also has some really nice features for mobile users (I use an iPad). There are other platforms than MS360 which provide similar functionality (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), but those programs tend to have more expensive subscription fees or require additional software licensing costs. The customer service we receive from their team at Support is excellent! They always respond very quickly when responding to tickets/emails. This helps us keep our business running smoothly as well as meet deadlines set by our customers.
