Nice colors but they fade quickly.

Before purchasing I noticed many reviews stating that they were not satisfied with the product's absorbency and ability to wipe down the counters. These customers called them towels. These are rags for washing dishes, NOT for drying. These are not towels. You have a new product shine that comes out after a few washes. However, most whites with red patterns retain no color at all. I think all washcloths should be bleach resistant, real bleach with chlorine, but these are not. I decided to have 2 or 3 of these to wash and leave the rest in a small basket upstairs. My microwave looks beautiful. I LOVE red and it's a deep true red. I use reds for other tasks and never put them in any bleach water to wash dishes or wash with bleach. The two highlighted now look very light orange, so I think most of the red ones will be the same. I've noticed that muted apricot and sage tones are VERY trending these days (along with ugly grays and browns), so if that's your goal, go for it. Gray is a nice color for a business suit, but I don't prefer it in MY house, it's so depressing. I have RED everywhere so I'm very happy that red accents in the kitchen are in vogue, but finding sheets and pillowcases in deep base tones of red, navy blue, forest green, etc. is a challenge these days. These simple reds are beautiful and real, but not after washing in bleach.
