I installed this on my third desktop which is not my main computer so I haven't used the burner but have bought burners of this brand several times and I have always been pleased with their performance. The software was not specifically designed for this recorder, so I tried it on my other desktops as well. This is outdated. There's nothing you can do about it, so I'm removing it, so don't spend more on this burner just to get the software. You'd better get free software from download.com.
