Review on Bluelounge Design CableDrop Management System by Christopher Kumar

If they have only worked for more than 2 weeks.

I rarely write reviews unless the product is particularly good or bad. I don't expect miracles from my purchases. Most things in life, like most people, are average and that's okay. As reported by others here, the paste didn't last. I taped this item to the edge of my desk for easy access to my charging cables when needed. My need required me to unplug the cable from the product to charge my Kindle Fire and Nexus 7 along with my cell phone. After charging, I replaced the cable in the product until the next time I needed it. By nature, I'm not rude with the things I buy. I have never used force to pull the cable out of the device. Everything was fine for two weeks, then the product came off along with the cable without any noticeable effort, with most of the paper backing still stuck to the table with the glued side. If I hadn't seen other similar reviews I would blame myself. The hole at the top of the device is clearly designed for easy removal and replacement of cables. Why didn't you hold back? Why didn't he warn that if you regularly remove and replace the cord, the product might not last? I've seen sealed round products from Revain that seem to be designed in such a way that once you've threaded the cable through the product's center hole and attached the product to a flat surface, you can't easily remove and reinsert the cable. If you don't need to remove and replace the cable, you can try. But if your needs are the same as mine, this product is overpriced for just 2 weeks use.
