Review on EZ BILL ASP by Mark Hanson

I like that it allows easy access to many accounts at one time as well as allows for billings or changes via email. Also it gives us multiple different options to keep track of bills which is also helpful when things get confusing on our end and we can't find information about them anywhere else (that's usually our problem area! ;)). The system seems very slow sometimes and has had some glitches along with having difficulties making payment through their website from outside of the system. We use this program because of the ease of keeping up with things instead of trying to remember by searching everywhere when things happen too fast for our brain to handle easily and effectively. It helps to have everything laid out so you don't need to try and search anywhere other than here; they just give you links directly into your account and billing info whenever needed as well as payments if you are using paypal. I like the fact that it is easy to use and there are many features. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as I would like. I think that the developers should work on making it easier to use. I have used other EZ BILL ASP products in the past and I am happy with the current one. I have used it for my own business and for my clients. I am using it for invoicing, time tracking, and payroll.
