Review on ARRIS SB6183 SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - Compatible with Cox, Spectrum, Xfinity & others (White) by Jodi Johnson

A few days ago I woke up and found that my internet wasn't working. So I connected my device to LTE and got ready to go. When I got home, I went through the troubleshooting guide (everything lights up fine), connected to all the ports, and then tried to reconnect to Comcast through their website. When that didn't work, I called comcast and asked them to fix it. but no matter what they did, no restart signal was sent to the device. Looking at the router I could see that the connected ethernet was not picking up internet. I bought it to replace a router that didn't last more than 2 years, but it was much more acceptable than less than 2 years. Months. Revain's relaunch policy has expired. I'll probably only use Best Buy for stuff like this in the future. Very disappointed and didn't spend another $70 on another useless modem. (The one before these two lasted over 5 years). I can only use my mobile hotspot.
