Enabled on the Optimum Network in Connecticut. That works great. Arris TM822 suggested replacing Optimum which now charges me a monthly fee. After disconnecting the TM822 and connecting this SB6183, the Optimum network was able to recognize this modem immediately. Pros: Initially this product was great. In mid-2015, Comcast increased the speed for my service from 100 Mbps to 150 Mbps. If you look closely at modems, you'll quickly realize that the Arris Surfboard line of products is a win-win. The choice then depends on whether you get the SB6183 or the SB6141. Honestly, for $30 less and with speeds up to 343Mbps, the SB6141 should be an easy choice for 99% of people. But I chose the SB61483 for three reasons.
