When installing the kit I noticed that some of the bushings were too tight on the screws. Believing that they would wear out, I rode them that way. When I installed the clevises on the trailer I noticed a lot of play across the width of the clevis, they said it was normal. So, after about 2 months and 8,000 miles, I noticed that the fork bolts had worked to the point that the knurled ends were no longer preventing the bolts from rotating. This allowed the bolts to rotate on the clevis plates and not in the bushing. After replacing the clamp plates several times, I submitted a warranty claim. They grew up a lot and quickly solved the problem. Send me another set and better staples. Also with this problem I will use Lippert again. Excellent customer service which to me is worth any price.
