This is a very solid hitch assembly but take some measurements to make sure it fits your mower etc BEFORE ORDERING. I made my own fit, but I had to cut two "notches" to fit my mower's clutch plate. The steel is VERY hard and cuts well. A slight downside is that the spot where the hitch ball nut goes in is a little tight so it takes a bit of fiddling to get the bushing onto the nut. I will say that the instructions that came with the kit are pretty much useless - they look like a copy of a copy of a copy etc.
