, I've been watching a lot of videos on the internet trying to figure out how to fit these tires and I was wondering what I'm getting myself into. I called bike shop after bike shop and nobody did it. All the videos I've seen on YouTube show that it's very difficult for the guys to mount these tires. After watching everyone use different techniques, I developed my own and was able to mount a tire on a rim in just ten seconds! No lie, I found the easiest way to do this. I didn't need any special tools or settings. Everyone did everything wrong. Everyone tries to put a tire on a rim, not a rim on a tire. let me explain. I put the hoop in the microwave for a minute first, then flipped it over and put it in for another minute. I put on gloves although I didn't need them as the tire wasn't that hot. I added WD-40 to the edges of the rim. I laid the tire on the garage floor and stuck one end of the rim into the tire. Then I put both feet on the rim and wove the rim into the tire until only a small part of the tire was sticking out. Then, using a long screwdriver, I stuck it into the holes in the tire and pushed the tire against the rim, whereupon it magically snapped into place. Lasts no more than ten seconds. I can't believe even the manufacturers don't know about this trick. Everyone tries to press the tire against the rim like real tire changers do with car tires, but with this small tire it's impractical. Instead, all you have to do is put your weight on the rim as you press it into the tire. super easy. It took me more time to remove the old tires from the scooter and the tube from the tire than to put this tire on the rim. I'm very glad I came up with this method.
